MANAGEMENT
RATP Développement is a lightweight, versatile operation whose job it is to steer and market the business to the clients.
It has at its disposal all the human and material resources, plus all the know-how, developed by the RATP in its capacity as integrated network operator and designer, whether directly or working through its various subsidiaries. Experts from the Group thus work frequently, in France and abroad, both for operators and for the organising authorities, on the design and construction of new networks and on surveying and modernising those already in place. RATP Développement can thus field a highly qualified work force and guarantee ability to adapt in real time.
RATP Développement also works in alliance with outside partners with various other skills (consulting firms, architects, landscape gardeners, etc.), with whom it forms multidisciplinary teams tailored to its clients’ requirements.
