SETA (Società Emiliana Trasporti Autofiloviari), créée le 1er janvier 2012, est issue de l'union des entreprises de transport exploitant les réseaux des provinces et communes de Piacenza, Reggio Emilia et Modène.

RATP Dev, à la tête du consortium HERM, a pour mission d'optimiser les ressources et d'améliorer les services, via cette entreprise unique SETA, constituée des trois réseaux : ATCM (Modène), Tempi (Piacenza) et AE (Reggio Emilia).
SETA gère 31,9 millions de Km de transport public local avec un parc de près de 900 véhicules.

L'exploitation du réseau de Modène, véritable exemple pour l'Italie, est une référence pour RATP Dev en termes de gestion et de rationalisation des activités de réseaux de transport.
Le plan d'actions proposé par RATP Dev et partagé par les différents partenaires vise à améliorer la rentabilité et la qualité des réseaux :

• en optimisant l'offre de transport via une nouvelle politique commerciale
• en améliorant la performance du service

Le projet SETA est un important challenge pour RATP Dev et un nouvel exemple du savoir-faire qu'elle apporte pour améliorer le Transport Collectif en Italie.

SETA (Società Emiliana Trasporti Autofiloviari), created on January 1st 2012, is the result of merging transport companies operating the networks around Piacenzia, Reggio Emilia and Modena.

RATP Dev leads the HERM consortium with the aim of optimising resources and improving services through this unique company in three networks: ATCM (Modena), Tempi (Piacenza) and AE (Reggio Emilia).
SETA now manages 31.9 million km of local public transportation with a fleet of nearly 900 vehicles.

The successful transformation and turnover of the ATCM network in barely three years makes operating the Modena network a fine example for Italy and a reference for RATP Dev in terms of managing and streamlining transport network activities.
The action plan drafted by RATP Dev and shared by its partners is intended to improve network profitability and quality by:

• Optimising the transport offering through a new business policy
• Improving service performance

The SETA project is an extension of a recovery policy that has already proved its worth for the ATCM and is a major challenge for RATP Dev as well as another example of the expertise it provides to public transport in Italy.
