In Europe, we ordered “Euro IV” and “Euro V” vehicles well before these norms became mandatory. Our drivers are today trained to adopt an energy-saving driving mode. New buildings, including for maintenance and storage, are now eco-designed. Our people are committed to make networks accessible to all passengers with reduced mobility. To better meet their needs, we can provide customized on-demand services in addition to regular transport services. Passengers are then taken directly from door to door, in comfort and safety.
